ok, since you asked for a tip for your manga...
I'll just say, wow! you're actually pretty good >u<
the first page have a bg, but somehow the next pages kinda lack a bit bgs... (why don't you try and play something with your ruler, just a bit experimenting with perspective and such)
and have you tried to use blocking/inking technique rather than soft shading?
like this: i40.mangareader.net/watashi-ni… (see the hair part =u= sorry that the image wasn't from a supernatural manga, can't find a better example)
also the gray colored part from the manga, people use screentone, not pencil...
If you find screentone to be expensive you could just download them from the internet and edit your comic in photoshop
why don't you observe someone like Laikkuseia I think she have nice techniques >u<b she also have some tips on making mangas in her gallery~
